I have referred tenants sometime back, but have not received the reward?
Typically, it takes 7 days for us to verify and transfer Rs. 2000 credit to your Nestaway account after the referee completes 30 days of stay with us following move-in. If you haven't received the credit within this timeframe, it indicates that the lead you referred did not book a house with us.
How will I get the referral money?
Once the tenant moves into the property, and completed 30 days of stay, you will automatically be rewarded with Rs.2000 credit in your Nestaway account.
What if multiple people share referral for the same tenant?
In this case, the referral amount will be shared only with the first person who referred that tenant.
Who all can refer tenants?
Anybody & everybody can refer tenants. A little extra income hurts no one :)
How many tenants can I refer?
There are no limits on the number of tenants you can refer. In fact, you don't even need to personally know the tenant.
I had submitted tenant references. But they got rejected. Why?
This can occur due to the following reasons:
1. The tenant is already associated with Nestaway.
2. The tenant was not seeking a house at that particular time.
3. The information provided by you was inaccurate.
I am an existing Nestaway tenant, can i also refer my friends to Nestaway?
